I have more than 15 years of experience working as a human-centered researcher at an international level, and always as an avid learner.

I specialised in Trend Research and Innovation Managament at the Central Saint Martins (University of the Arts London) and have experience working on both, agency side and in-company.

My work has informed innovation processes for different types of organisations and institutions internationally, and I’ve lead research projects and teams distributed in different time zones.

I’m also a certified Executive & Life Coach, especialised in NLP and Breathwork, as well as a speaker at public events for creative professionals.

The Team

A fast-changing world requires flexibility and dynamic ways of working.

In order to better adapt to the unique requirements of each project, we hire the right talent and expertise to make sure we achieve the goals our clients need.

Through a network of collaborators and contributors, from designers, to additional researchers, anthropologists, fieldwork agents and coordination support, we create ad hoc teams whenever required and always under my close guidance and support.

We organise team meetings with our clients whenever needed in order to allow everyone to meet, connect and stay aligned.
